At

Arizona Motorsports Park

15402 W Camelback Rd Litchfield Park, AZ 85340

We are raising money for families of fallen or seriously injured First Responders.

In 2019 We gave funds to the mother of Trooper Tyler Edenhofer who was tragically shot and killed while apprehending a suspect on May 4th 2018. Tyler’s mother and family shared the day with us while we remembered this Military Veteran and public servant. Though it being and emotional day, Tyler’s family expressed their happiness and appreciation to the participants who came to show their support. We wish the Edenhofer family peace and prosperity as they heal in the wake of their loss. The Edenhofer Family was extended an open invitation to all Run It For Blue future events.

Funds from that 2019 event were also dispersed to the widow of  Salt River PD Officer Clayton Townsend’s who was killed on January 8th, 2019 while performing a traffic stop on the Loop 101. Clayton left behind a Wife and infant daughter. Clayton’s widow expressed her thanks and I extended and open invitation to all of our future events.

In 2022 Funds were dispersed to the family of Chandler PD Officer Christopher Farrar killed in the line of duty on April 29th, 2021 during the pursuit and apprehension of a violent fleeing felon who had shot at a deputy during the preceding traffic stop. That suspect would go on to strike Officer Farrar with a stolen vehicle causing critical injuries to which, he succumbed.

These are only a few of the incidents that First Responders have faced and are expected to face on a daily basis, and we do it willingly and without hesitation. Whether it’s responding to apprehend known violent felons, performing a traffic stop adjacent to dangerous roadways, or responding to a fire which brings dangers in not only in the fire itself, but potential long lasting effects from smoke inhalation and chemical exposure.

Help us in raising funds to help the families of Police, Fire, and EMS personnel who respond to our calls.

Our focus is to grow the event every year in order to lessen the financial burden on the effected families.
